NORTHLAND's INVESTOR RELATIONS POLICY

It is Northland’s policy to provide its shareholders and the market with timely, relevant information about Northland’s exploration and development projects and our corporate development activities. Our objective is to allow existing and potential investors to assign an accurate valuation to the Company’s shares and to make an informed decision about their investment in the Company.

Through our press releases, financial reports, presentations and investor meetings, we aim to provide a regular flow of balanced, complete and accurate information to shareholders, financial analysts, media and other interested parties.
